Bathiya Restructuring Services Private Limited (BRSPL) is registered as an Insolvency Professional Entity (“IPE”) with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (“IBBI”). The directors of the IPE are registered insolvency professionals, registered with the IBBI. The IPE is supported by a group of chartered accountant firm, legal firm, secretarial firm etc. thereby enabling the IPE to provide 360-degree integrated services involved in the pre and post CIRP and liquidation assignments. BRSPL also provides the existing team of IPE an additional support to ensure exhaustive services to potential clients, as per the requirements of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”) and other applicable laws.
