Bathiya Restructuring Services Private Limited (BRSPL) is an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) and is registered and recognised by “Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India” (IBBI) bearing recognition number IBBI/IPE/0168 as per provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”) with an aim to provide a 360-degree services to various stakeholders connected to services under the Code.

BRSPL is registered with ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals (ICSI IIP) to act as insolvency professional in CIRP and liquidation process having professional membership number ICSI IIP/IPE/N0013. 

The directors of BRSPL are insolvency professionals registered with IBBI, having rich professional collective experience of more than 70 years in the field of Stressed Asset Management, Financial Restructuring, Taxation, Audit & Assurance, Banking & Finance, Corporate Laws, Corporate Planning and advisory.

The team possess extensive expertise and considerable experience to provide advice and carry out various aspects of Insolvency Resolution, Bankruptcy & Liquidation, Restructuring, Debt Restructuring, Settlement, Loan Restructuring, in an efficient, prompt, and in compliant manner.
