With over 15 years of experience, he has successfully handled multiple assignments of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and voluntary liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), with assets under CIRP exceeding the value of INR 100 Crores. His expertise includes advising on CIRP processes, resolution plans, Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings, and legal matters. He has been empanelled with top public sectors banks as an Insolvency Professional. As a practising Chartered Accountant, he has wide experience in the field of accounting, taxation, audits, forensic audits and more.

In his role as a Valuer, he has successfully conducted over 100 assignments involving enterprise valuation, share exchange valuation for mergers, demergers, and amalgamations, as well as various other valuation exercises under the Companies Act, 2013 and IBC
